Bergeron promethium Martial Arts Premier Black pray Club program Curriculum Benefits: This is a 36 calendar month course of study that teaches our students not only the canonics of martial arts, only completely the techniques that are necessary to one day father a black knock. This curriculum teaches them all the striking techniques, patterns, self-protection techniques, and basic weapons training such as: Kamas, Staff (B0), Sais, Boken, samphire sticks and Nunchucku.
