He was discipline when told upper management rough the cogitable O ring failure. He acted correctly for the time to discourage his boss intimately the failure. He said that the Solid Rocket Motor could non contain pressurization if the first O ring never certain at certain conditions. They should devote a squad to investigate and solve the problem before whatever flights would commence.
